The cables are designed for aerial power lines with rated voltage Uo(Um) up to and including 10(12)kV.

3. Product Properties

D -the actual overall diameter of cable ,mm;

● Insulation resistance of common insulation construction of aerial cable should be not less than 1500MΩ km, and insulation resistance of thin XLPE insulated construction of light aerial cable should be not less than 1000mΩ km.
● AC Voltage test: immerse cables in water at least for 1h before implementing testing voltage. (common insulation construction cable is 15KV, and thin XLPE insulated light cable is 12kV) The continuous time of test is 1min. The cable should not be breakdown.
● Partial discharge test: implementing AC Voltage 9kV on insulation shield cable. The discharge volume of cable should be not more than 20pc.
