The advantages and disadvantages of copper cable and aluminum cable:

Copper core cable resistivity is low: the resistivity of the aluminum core cable is about 1.68 times higher than the copper core cable;

Copper core cable has good ductility;

Copper core cable strength is high: Allowable stress at room temperature, copper core cable can reach 20, aluminum core cable is 15.6 KGT /mm2;

Copper core cable fatigue resistance: aluminum core cable repeated bending is easy to fracture, copper core cable is not easy;

Copper core cable stability is good, corrosion resistance: copper core cable oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and aluminum core cable is susceptible to oxidation and corrosion

Although the aluminum core cable is relatively cheap, but in addition to cheap, in many cases, especially for some products, should be more cautious.
